At the start of 2013, I was delighted when Treehouse offered to sponsor me. They have a huge range of products, now including the Helite air jacket.
Treehouse sporting colours was established in 1998 by Theresa Morris (neé McCurrich). The inspiration for the company came from 6 long days spent on the Trans-Siberian Railway to Mongolia!
As a keen horsewoman, Theresa was a committed member in the Worcestershire Pony Club and represented them in the show jumping and eventing teams. After passing her BHS AI examination she took a degree in geography and then did a PGCE to teach geography. After teaching, Theresa returned to the horse world once more! As well as successfully training and riding point to pointers and a year’s spell as secretary for a racehorse trainer, it was time for a new challenge to help fund the point to pointers!!
The origins of Treehouse sporting colours was when Theresa saw a niche in the market for designing and selling fun and original x-country colours based on racing designs. The company has gone from strength to strength and exhibits at most of the major horse shows and horse trials in the UK and abroad.
As well as x-country colours, Treehouse sporting colours specialises in selling body protectors and riding hats, racing silks and racing and paddock equipment and a range of leisure wear. Theresa’s knowledge and experience as an event rider, point to point jockey and BHS qualified Pony Club instructor has helped build the structure behind the company.
We are all equestrian enthusiasts and the team at Treehouse offers an expert, qualified and individual service to all. Safety wear and sporting colours are paramount to Treehouse.
As well as the equestrian side, Treehouse sporting colours plans to develop the snow sports protection side of the business significantly over the next year.
The team at Treehouse sporting colours look forward to being in contact with you via the internet, telephone or at shows.
